MEET OUR FOUNDER

PFC Property Maintenance started with a simple idea — to build a reliable, multi-trade service that people could genuinely trust in their homes and businesses.

Patrick began his journey as a qualified electrician, completing his training and developing his skills through hands-on experience. He went on to spend many years working on commercial sites, building a strong technical foundation and a consistent approach to delivering high standards of work on larger projects.

Alongside this, Patrick also carried out domestic jobs, where he gained a real appreciation for working directly with homeowners and finding practical solutions to everyday property issues.

Around 10 years ago, he founded PFC Property Maintenance, bringing together his experience in electrical work and expanding into other key areas of property maintenance. Since then, the business has grown into a multi-trade service covering electrical, plumbing, property maintenance, and painting & decorating.

Today, PFC continues to grow through repeat clients and recommendations, with Patrick focused on delivering dependable work and building long-term relationships with every customer.
